Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cashierr's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of Services

Cashierr provides financial automation software including accounts payable automation, document management, digital signatures, and integrations with accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to bind your organization to these terms
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Data Ownership and License

You retain all rights to your data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Intellectual Property

The Cashierr platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Cashierr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashierr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cashierr harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and you must pay any outstanding fees. We will provide you with an opportunity to export your data within 30 days of termination.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).
